These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of the eBook Puzzle +1000 from Puzzles +1000 Digital LLC (“Puzzles +1000”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or completing a purchase you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The product

eBook Puzzle +1000 is a digital puzzle ebook supplied as a PDF file. It contains word searches, crosswords, sudoku and number-logic puzzles, mazes, riddles and spot-the-difference pairs, together with an answer key. It is sold for entertainment and leisure. No physical book is printed or shipped.

2. Price and payment

• The price is $29.90 USD, charged as a single payment.
• There is no subscription, no membership, no recurring billing and no automatic renewal.
• Payment is collected on a checkout page hosted by our payment processor, CartPanda. Your card details are handled by the processor; we do not receive or store your full card number or CVV.
• Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which we do not control and do not receive.
• Prices may change for future customers at any time. A change never affects an order that has already been paid.

3. Delivery

After the payment is confirmed by the processor, we email the ebook and its download link to the address you entered at checkout. Delivery is normally within a few minutes. It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address and to check your spam and promotions folders. If the file has not arrived, contact support@healthmeai.com and we will resend it at no charge.

4. Licence and permitted use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the eBook Puzzle +1000. Under this licence you may:

• Read the ebook on any device you own.
• Print pages for your own use, and for use by members of your household.
• Keep your copy indefinitely and re-download it using the link in your delivery email.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent or distribute the file or its pages, in whole or in part.
• Upload it to a file-sharing service, a public website, a social network or a messaging group.
• Reproduce it commercially, including printing copies for sale or for a paying class or group.
• Remove or alter copyright notices, or claim authorship of the puzzles.

All text, puzzles, layouts, illustrations and trademarks on this site and in the ebook are the property of Puzzles +1000 Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright law.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, which allows a refund request within 30 days of purchase. That policy forms part of these Terms.

6. No medical claims — important

eBook Puzzle +1000 is an entertainment product. It is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool, a therapy or a treatment programme, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent or manage any disease or condition. We make no claim that solving puzzles will produce any medical, cognitive or clinical outcome for you.

7. Advertising and disclosure

We advertise eBook Puzzle +1000 on third-party platforms, including native advertising networks. If you arrived here from an advertisement, that advertisement was paid for by Puzzles +1000 Digital LLC and this page is commercial content promoting our own product. We do not publish paid endorsements, invented testimonials or fabricated news content, and we do not use countdown timers or claims that an offer is ending when it is not. Any figure quoted about the product — page counts, puzzle counts — describes the file you receive.

8. Technical requirements

You need a working email address, a device capable of opening a PDF file, and enough storage space for the download. A printer is optional. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, reader application or corporate email filter, but we will help you find a way to receive and open the file.

9. Acceptable use of this website

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or another customer’s order data.
• Do not scrape, mirror or frame the site, or use it to distribute malware or spam.
• Do not submit false payment or identity information.

We may suspend access and cancel orders where we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

10. Third-party links and services

This site links to a checkout page operated by our payment processor and may reference other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms or availability. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave this site.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The ebook and the website are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the ebook is free of every typographical error — if you find a mistake in a puzzle or an answer, please tell us and we will correct it in the file.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of eBook Puzzle +1000 is limited to the amount you actually paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Brazos County, Texas have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally — that right is not affected.
