Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026 · Puzzles +1000 Digital LLC, College Station, Texas, United States
This Privacy Policy explains how Puzzles +1000 Digital LLC (“Puzzles +1000”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit this website or buy the eBook Puzzle +1000. If anything here is unclear, email support@healthmeai.com and we will explain it in plain language.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Puzzles +1000 Digital LLC, 2900 Texas Avenue South, Suite 140, College Station, TX 77840, United States. You can contact us by email at support@healthmeai.com or by phone at +1 (979) 347-1952.
2. Information we collect
| Category | Examples | Why we have it |
|---|---|---|
| Order information | Name, email address, billing country, order number, purchase amount and date | To deliver the ebook, provide support and handle refunds |
| Payment information | Card brand, last four digits and authorisation result — supplied to us by the payment processor | To confirm the payment and reconcile our accounts. We never see or store your full card number or CVV. |
| Support correspondence | Messages you send us and our replies | To answer your question and keep a record of the case |
| Technical and usage data | IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate region | To keep the site secure, fix errors and measure which pages are useful |
| Advertising identifiers | Click identifiers and cookies set when you arrive from an advertising network | To measure whether an ad campaign led to a purchase |
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information. Please do not send us health, medical or financial details — we have no use for them and cannot act on them.
3. How we use the information
- To process your order and email you the eBook Puzzle +1000 PDF and its download link.
- To provide customer support, resend downloads and process refund requests.
- To send transactional messages about your purchase (receipt, delivery, refund status).
- To send occasional product emails only if you have opted in; every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and chargeback misuse.
- To measure advertising and website performance in aggregate.
- To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (delivering the ebook and supporting it), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, aggregate analytics), consent (optional marketing email and non-essential cookies) and legal obligation (tax records).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We keep this simple and use as few cookies as we can:
- Essential cookies — needed for the checkout session and basic security. These cannot be switched off without breaking the purchase flow.
- Analytics cookies — aggregate counts of page views and where visitors come from, so we know which pages to improve.
- Advertising cookies — set by advertising platforms (for example a native advertising network) so a purchase can be attributed to the ad you clicked. These may allow the platform to recognise your browser on other sites in its network.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies will prevent the checkout from working. This site does not respond to a browser “Do Not Track” signal because there is no agreed standard for it, but the browser controls above do work.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to run the business:
- Payment processing — CartPanda and its acquiring banks process the payment and hold the card data. Your card details are entered on their checkout page, not ours.
- Email delivery — an email service provider sends your delivery email and receipt.
- Hosting and content delivery — the provider that serves this website and the ebook file.
- Analytics and advertising platforms — receive aggregate or pseudonymous event data (for example “a purchase happened”) to measure campaigns.
- Professional advisers and authorities — accountants, or law enforcement where we are legally required to respond.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data of people in the EEA or the UK is transferred, we rely on the appropriate safeguards our providers have in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and payment records — for as long as required by tax and accounting law, generally up to seven years.
- Support correspondence — up to 24 months after the case is closed.
- Marketing list entries — until you unsubscribe, and then a suppression record so we do not email you again.
- Server and analytics logs — typically 12 months.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive a portable copy, and to withdraw consent you previously gave. Residents of California may also request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and shared, and may opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email support@healthmeai.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We will respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm the email address used on your order so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person. If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
This website and the checkout are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to order data is restricted to the people who need it, and payment card data never reaches our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we will notify affected customers and the relevant authorities if a breach requires it.
10. Links to other sites
Our checkout is hosted by our payment processor on its own domain, and ads that brought you here belong to third-party platforms. Once you leave this website, the privacy policy of that other company applies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not operate.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Material changes that affect how we use data you have already given us will be announced by email to customers where we have a valid address.
